Named after the iconic Ha’penny Bridge, the Ha’penny range features Geranium, Dandelion, Lavender and Blackberry, botanicals which would have been growing in the nearby Phoenix Park in Victorian times when the bridge was built.

Tasting Notes

Fresh rhubarb bouquet with discernible notes of juniper and citrus followed by subtle hints of botanical spice. Initially fresh rhubarb with a bright botanical mix, rounding to a pleasant classic resinous juniper forward Gin. The finish is a silky palate with a lingering crisp fresh

rhubarb finish.

    On the nose this specially blended Irish Whiskey gives fresh citrus and piny herbal notes with subtle spices and dried fruits giving a lingering light fruit cake aroma. The palate offers warming spiced oak flavours with hints of green grape evolving to caramelised pear. As this Whiskey develops it gives hints of coca and dried fruit flavours, finishing with notes of stewed apple, clove and custard.
