On the nose it shows wonderfully aromatic notes of cordial lemon / lime, lychees, exotic fruits, oats all bursting into the glass. A wonderfully sweet floral scent that ties it all together to create an intense and pure sensation.
Attractive hints of exotic summer fruits, along with delicate notes of kiwi, melon and apple blossom. The banana undertones offer an extra dimension of complexity.
A lively palate is presented thanks to a lighter drinking frame supported by crisp acidity and a base of fine tannins. Hints of red berries and a distinctive herbal touch give this wine a bold personality. For optimal enjoyment, it is best served a little chilled.
This wine displays a fragrant spicy nose of tropical fruits, passion fruit and currant, along with a mineral touch of flint. An extremely attractive nose, displaying all the classic varietal markers of Sauvignon Blanc with purity and concentration.
On the nose of bright fruit, full of blackberries and blackberries with hints of forest soil and a distinctive herbal note of sarsaparilla. A dash of vanilla and oak spice adds a more mature angle to this young and energetic Shiraz.
