Nose: Complex, with floral citrus and spice, followed by the unmistakable fragrance of fresh elderflower.
Taste: This has a rich, velvety texture, spice at the beginning, and then notes of vanilla, nutmeg, and cardamom, with just a hint of chocolate. There are then some full fruit and floral notes, including elderflower and citrus blossom.
Finish: Clean, with a pleasant mix of dry juniper and a light sweetness.
A spirit with a fine synergy between bright gin notes and complex elderflower. Well-balanced and moreish.

Mixer: Mediterranean tonic water.
Garnish: Lemon slice and optional sprig of mint.

Named after the iconic Ha’penny Bridge, the Ha’penny range features Geranium, Dandelion, Lavender and Blackberry, botanicals which would have been growing in the nearby Phoenix Park in Victorian times when the bridge was built.

Tasting Notes
Floral aromas with a hint of lavender to awaken the senses, while blackberry, lavender and orange peel leave the palate with a lingering sweetness.
Signature Serve
Tonic with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint.
Nose: Rich, jammy sloes: plump, with a little fragrant almond, warm spice, and dry stone fruit.
Taste: A soft start with a real crescendo of flavour: juicy berries make way for spice, before clean juniper and zesty citrus. A good balance of sweet-fruity and dry-herbal flavours.
Finish: Dry, slightly tart fruit combined with vanilla and cardamom spice.
This sloe gin has a true harmony between the sloe berries and a characterful spirit. It is pleasant to sip and savour, with a robust character that will also stand up well in long drinks.
