This Kumala Rosé is a classic South African rosé wine - vibrant, creamy and refreshing with flavours of strawberry and summer fruits.
Nose: A bright nose with creamy, exotic spice, before crisp citrus and green juniper.
Taste: A fantastic texture with a rich viscosity that coats the tongue and mouth. Fresh juniper upfront, with a tiny hint of salinity, which moves onto fragrant coriander and citrus, before a subtle mix of dry angelica and gentle spice.
Finish: An indulgent vanilla creaminess that’s accompanied by sweet spice and green herbs. The flavours linger on the palate for minutes afterwards.
A luxurious spirit that is both versatile in cocktails and delicious on its own, especially when sipped over ice.

COLOUR: Bright, light yellow with greenish sparks. It has a great expression and variety of grapes.
BOUQUET: It is intense and complex with citrus aromas of grapefruit and white peach mixed with a mineral note.

A medium dry golden cider, with a smooth and refreshing taste. Crafted from a blend of our favourite apples including Dabinett, Porters Perfection and Harry Masters Jersey.
Hints of this, or notes of that. Who needs them? This wine is both soft and sweet. It smells like cherries and dark fruits with a touch of spice. The grapes behind this wine grew in long summer days with plenty of sun, making them extra sweet and extra ripe.
Golden in appearance with greenish tints. Delicate floral and white fruit are notable on the nose. Fresh in the mouth with notes of citrus, white fruit and minerals.

Taste: This has a rich, velvety texture, spice at the beginning, and then notes of vanilla, nutmeg, and cardamom, with just a hint of chocolate. There are then some full fruit and floral notes, including elderflower and citrus blossom.
Finish: Clean, with a pleasant mix of dry juniper and a light sweetness.
A spirit with a fine synergy between bright gin notes and complex elderflower. Well-balanced and moreish.
