Finish: Clean, with a pleasant mix of dry juniper and a light sweetness.
A spirit with a fine synergy between bright gin notes and complex elderflower. Well-balanced and moreish.

Nose: Rich, jammy sloes: plump, with a little fragrant almond, warm spice, and dry stone fruit.
Taste: A soft start with a real crescendo of flavour: juicy berries make way for spice, before clean juniper and zesty citrus. A good balance of sweet-fruity and dry-herbal flavours.
Finish: Dry, slightly tart fruit combined with vanilla and cardamom spice.
This sloe gin has a true harmony between the sloe berries and a characterful spirit. It is pleasant to sip and savour, with a robust character that will also stand up well in long drinks.
Suggested serves:
Mixer: Bitter lemon, ginger beer or prosecco.
Garnish: Wedge of lime or a sprig of mint.
