Nariz: frutas ricas en nariz, especialmente duraznos maduros. La vainilla, el caramelo de melaza, el chocolate con leche y una pizca de lima se desarrollan con el tiempo.
Sabor: las frutas se trasladan de la nariz al paladar, mientras que el chocolate con leche se oscurece. Se desarrollan notas especiadas de anís y regaliz.
Acabado: Largo en el final, con café colombiano, taninos de roble, canela y una pizca de pimienta negra.
