BROKER'S GIN - UK - 40º
The spirit base of Broker's Gin is the pure grain distillate quadruple made of English wheat. The flavor is provided by ten natural botanical ingredients, the main one of which are the juniper berries, as in all gins. The botanical ingredients are soaked in the still for 24 hours. This is the first part of the flavor infusion process. The still is then activated for the fifth final distillation, which completes the process. The dry botanical ingredients come from all over the world and are sent to the distillery in sacks.

COLOUR: Crimson with red hues
BOUQUET: Fruits of the forest fruit aromas with coconut and vanilla fruit aromas
PALATE: A soft medium to full bodied red wine showing blackberry and blackcurrant fruit with chocolate and vanilla biscuit oak flavours. This wine has sweet bright fruit, a fine cocoa like tannin structure and finishes with chocolate and lingering black and red currant fruit
HARDYS VR SHIRAZ 11º
COLOUR: Deep ruby/purple core with a bright crimson rim
BOUQUET: Intense, ripe raspberries and cherries with overtones of vanilla and spice
PALATE: Very good fruit intensity of raspberries and black cherries with well integrated vanilla oak influence. This wine has soft round tannins and a good length
HARDYS VR CHARDONNAY 11º
COLOUR: Brilliant , clear.
BOUQUET: Lifted tropical and stone fruit characters of melon, peach and pineapple.
PALATE: Juicy fruit characters of melon, yellow nectarine and subtle hints of vanillin. Fresh acid structure, medium bodied and clean finish.
HARDYS VR SAUVIGNON...
COLOUR: Pale straw with green hue
BOUQUET: Lifted citrus, tropical and herbaceous aroma
PALATE: Clean tropical notes, with passion fruit and an herbaceous grassy lift. Crisp finish
WARNER'S HONEYBEE GIN...
Nose: A flourish of honeysuckle, chamomile, and orange blossom, followed by spicy notes of coriander and crisp aromas of citrus and pine.
Taste: A silky texture coats the tongue. There are initial flavours of woody pine, before a touch of cherry and fragrant blossom. A peak of pollen and pine honey follows, accompanied by a dash of biscuity spice, reminiscent of tiffin cookies.
Finish: A long and lingering finish with a slight, honeyed sweetness and hints of cedar and pine blossom
Suggested serves:
Mixer: Mediterranean tonic water or Premium Indian tonic water.
Garnish: Slice of lemon with sage (optional), a slice of pink grapefruit, or a slice of apple.

COLOUR: Light crimson pink
BOUQUET: Lifted strawberry and raspberry aromas with subtle floral and spice overtones.
PALATE: Light bodied with sweet berry flavours and soft tannin structure. Soft palate with a clean, crisp and lingering finish.
WARNER'S RHUBARB GIN -...
Nose: Rhubarb notes bursting through: tart, fruity, fresh, invigorating, and inviting.
Taste: Bright rhubarb stalks upfront, with a brief flash of sourness. This is followed by an array of sweet spice: vanilla, nutmeg, and ginger, which add balance. Classic gin notes then come through, with resinous juniper and the spicy citrus of coriander.
Finish: Long and lingering, with the indulgent, buttery, spiced notes of rhubarb crumble and clotted cream.
A captivating spirit that showcases a genuine character of rhubarb whilst allowing the gin to shine through. The perfect balance of sweet and sour.
Suggested serves:
Mixer: Mediterranean tonic water or ginger ale.
Garnish: Slice of orange, blood orange or a stick of rhubarb.
HARDYS VR MERLOT 11º
Light crimson with red hues. Fruit aromas of plum and cherry with dried herbs and subtle vanilla oak. A soft medium bodied red wine showing generous plum fruit flavours, clove, nutmeg spice and vanilla oak. This wine has a fine tannin structure which supports the fleshy ripe fruit and finishes with lingering plum and cherry flavours.
